Cancellation Policy

Life happens, I completely understand. Our intention with this policy is to honor both your time and ours while keeping our work together consistent and effective. Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your session to avoid losing that session credit. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a session is canceled with less than 24-hour notice or missed without notice, it will be considered a used session. Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible by text or email. After 15 minutes with no notice, the session will be considered a no-show and cannot be rescheduled. Grace Policy: We understand that unexpected things can happen. You may use one forgiveness pass every six months (or once per program) to reschedule a late cancellation or no-show without penalty. Schedule Record Policy: In the event of any discrepancy between communications, the schedule record in my booking system is considered the official record. Please make sure your session time is always accurately reflected there, even if we’ve communicated through text or email. This policy is designed to support consistency, respect, and accountability, ensuring clarity, smooth scheduling, and consistent progress toward your goals, while keeping space for grace and understanding when life happens.
